Helium purification equipment

This device is used to increase the concentration of low concentration helium gas, thereby reducing the emission of helium gas due to a decrease in concentration during use. For example, if the concentration of helium gradually decreases during use and cannot continue to be used, this equipment can collect low concentration helium, purify it, and reuse it. This device can be used in conjunction with helium recovery equipment or as a standalone device.
